I am from Canada...where this interview took place
I go to look at #1 vid and it is fine
I go to look at #2 and tells me that Sony takes ownership and the interview section is NO LONGER available in my Country.

I think the above youtubes were possibly the filler bits later in the program. (frankly, I didn't think they were worth the effort)..this link below is billed as the Etalk 20 interview with Miss Ben and definitely worth a listen:
